Evolution DAC-2 utilizza un doppio DAC audio
ESS9038Q2M a 32 bit con tecnologia ESS per
decodificare in modo indipendente i canali sinistro e
destro, migliorando la separazione dei canali e riducendo il
rumore complessivo. Uscite pre-out fisso o variabile RCA
e XLR. Supporta nove ingressi digitali e due ingressi
analogici per la massima flessibilità di sistema. Il circuito di
alimentazione utilizza trasformatori C-Core per soddisfare i
più elevati requisiti prestazionali della serie NuPrime
Evolution. Il chip IC PSRC fornisce la conversione
up/down della frequenza di campionamento da PCM 44,1
kHz a PCM 768 kHz e da DSD64 a DSD512.
